What We Do

Research & Advocacy that aspires to increase visibility and socio-economic empowerment of informal female workers in SEWA.

We conduct research on issues relevant to SEWA’s women with a specific focus on grassroots social enterprises owned and operated by the women. Our overarching aim is to support & strengthen advocacy & empowerment initiatives within SEWA through research.

We support women’s collectives in advocating for better livelihood opportunities and their rights as citizens. We do so through strengthening the work of our grassroots leaders and by liasioning with key actors globally in the private and public sector.
